BlockEstate was developed in order to provide a simple method of plotting out land in a world for sale for RPG/Adventure servers that prefer that their land sales be more realistic. BlockEstate allows players to buy and sell land without all the hassels or overhead of Towny or other type plugins that are more overbearing.

How To Use

Commands
- /land info - Show information about the land you are currently in.
- /land list - Show all the properties for sale
- /land owned - Show all of your properties
- /land sell - Mark the property for sale
Permissions
- blockestate.admin = All permissions
- blockestate.buy = Allows user to buy land
- blockestate.sell = Allows user to sell land
