Nodes: BiomeDisplayChat.use or BiomeDisplayChat.* gives permissions to users (obviously, 'use_permissions' must be set to true for it to matter). * A "use_permissions" option to the config.tml. if set to true, then permissions will be used to determine user eligibility. If set to false, then permissions will be ignored and anyone can use BiomeDisplayChat.
