Better MobAI

General information

Aren't the mobs in Minecraft boring?

Are you looking for some challenge to fight and not only kill the mobs?

Then this plugin is awesome for you!

It will overwrite the default bukkit attacks and add new, special, stronger and random attacks!

Attention: This project will only work with any bukkit version 1.8 and higher or 1.9 and higher! For more version please request that and I will release these versions!

Here are all the versions:

• Bukkit/Spigot version 1.11
• Bukkit/Spigot version 1.9.2 (discontinued/not up-to-date)
• Bukkit/Spigot version 1.8.8 (discontinued/not up-to-date)
• Bukkit/Spigot version 1.8.3 (discontinued/not up-to-date)

Mobs and attack

Giant

Attention: The giant is very powerful! Be prepared for hardcore fights with this awesome boss!

• Knockback: Knocks you back when you come to close
• Mini zombies spawn: Mini zombies start hovering around the Giant. Used for attacking and protection
• Mini zombie throw: Throw a mini zombie at the nearest player. Wheeeeeeee!
• Boulder throw: Let it rain rocks baby! Throws a cobblestone block at the nearest player
• Earthquake: Summons a giant earthquake by jumping up. Be prepared!
• Lightning striker: Summons bolts of lightning to nearby targets

Herobrine

• Normal attack: Herobrine will spawn all around you and attack you!

Zombies

• Normal attack: The normal zombie attack, nothing special!
• Blood rush attack: The blood of the zombie shoots in its eyes as soon as it sees you. The zombie will become stronger and faster as ever!
• Vampire attack: Aren't vampires sweet? Well, zombie vampires aren't! The zombie will disappear in a swarm of bats and attack you then!
• Minions attack: Free the minions! The zombie will sacrifice itself to spawn 3 to 5 baby zombies! Quick, deadly and efficient!

Skeletons

• Normal attack: The normal arrow attack, nothing special!
• Arrow rain attack: Siege the castle! Let's it rain arrows on you (still better than men ;) )
• Effect arrow: Will either burn, poison or nail you to the ground!
• Get a ride: Where's my UBER? The skeleton will look for a close spider and ride it if found!
• Back off: Skeletons will back off when you come to close to them and try to go into shooting position

Creepers

• Normal attack: The normal explosion attack, nothing special!
• Charged creeper attack: Creeper gets hit by a lightning, making it a charged creeper! More and larger damage!
• Charged super creeper attack: Basically the Charged creeper attack, but with reinforcements! Be careful my friend!
• Implosion attack: Implodes and explodes! PS: Be careful about Schrödinger's cat!

Spiders

• Normal attack: The normal jumping spider attack!
• Sky attack: The spider will jump high and then on your head! Results in a big knockback, so better be careful that the sky doesn't fall on your head!
• Poison attack: Normal attack but the spider ate rotten meat!
• Web attack: Shoots a web at you and the comes to devour you!

Witches

Attention: The witch will become very very very powerful! Be prepared for hardcore fights!

The witch can now invoke magic over distance without even touching you! But the witch needs to concentrate! If the witch is damaged while invoking the spell, the spell is canceled!

Potions of the witch will be disabled.

• Normal attack: The witch will use it's magic to harm you!
• Slowness attack: The witch will use it's magic to nail you to the ground and then come to kill you!
• Poison attack: The witch will use it's magic to poison you
• Fire circle attack: Will create a fire circle around the player, inescapable and deadly!
• Fire attack: Will invoke the fire on the player!
• Lava attack: Same as fire attack, just with lava!
• Black magic attack: The black magic will hurt you and kill you!
• Endermites attack: Hello friends! Will invoke endermites around the witch fighting for her!
• Heal effect: The witch will heal itself!
• Back off: Witches will back off when you come to close to them and try to go into shooting position
• Protect the witch: Mobs, which are not busy attacking will form a protective circle around the witch to protect her!

Endermans

• Normal attack: Normal sneaky attack
• Jumper attack: What I'd like to know is how you rob a bank without opening any doors. The enderman will attack you in the Jumper movie style, resulting in an aggressive attack!

Guardians

• Normal attack: Normal guardian attack
• Instant attack: Instant laser attack, deadly and quick!
• Suffocating vibes attack: Do you feel the vibes? The guardian will push out all air of your lungs!
• Nailing attack: Wait half an hour after eating before going swimming! You will be nailed to the ground and slowly sink!

Wither Skeleton

• Normal attack: Normal wither skeleton attack!
• Wither skull attack: Shoots a wither skull at you. Watch out for its poison!
• Throwing blades attack: The skeleton enrages itself and shoots its sword. Badass and deadly!

Zombie Pigman

• Normal attack: Normal attack! Don't touch my piggy bank!
• Lightning attack: Due to the sword, lightning are very attracted to the pig! Beaconized!!!!
• Throwing blade attack: The pig throws it sword right into your face! Take that whereisthemonkey!

Ghast

• Normal attack: Shoots a normal fireball right at you
• Quick attack: Same as the normal attack, just instant and very very quick!
• Multi-attack: Unleash the Kraken!! Unleashes a rain of fireballs!

Blaze

• Normal attack: Will shoot a fireball at you!
• Heat attack: The blaze will come close and burn you!
• Smoke attack: Who doesn't like smokey eyes? The blaze will smoke your eyes and it will be ugly!

Installation and updating

Just download and drop it into the plugins folder!

Settings

This plugin comes with a settings file. It is located at plugins/MobAI/Settings.yml

This is what you can edit:

• You can enable/disable the version tracking by setting its value to true/false
• You can add and remove worlds. Worlds that are not explicitly written in the Worlds list will not be affected by this plugin
• You can add and remove mobs. Mobs that are not explicitly written in the Mobs list will not be affected by this plugin
• Below that, you can edit the attacks and customize the mob's behavior
• Disable a special attack by setting the value of Attack.Disabled: true
