Please read the update description!

Updates:

• Trigger in shop which allows players to buy ONE stack per shift click or as much as ressources are available (default configurable)
  
• Fixed /bw reload (umlauts in shop)
  
• bw.vip cannot start the game when not enough players in lobby (only ops and bw.setup are allowed to start game alone)
  
• Fire which is part of the region cannot be destroyed anymore (but still not recommended to use fire in region)
  
• Czech language full translated again
