    I have no idea if the urls are completely handled client site, else ignore that part.

    I want my members to use color codes, but they shouldn't be allowed to use the spamcodes (&k-&o).
    Could you please add some method and like a permission to block/allow this?

    I'm not sure how I would disable spam codes. I can try for 2.0, but I'm not making any promises.

    URL's are client side, so I can't stop that unless I make a url filter.

    Don't bother to make an url-filter =)

    You could maybe just filter out those &-codes with some substring stuff (I have no knowledge of java-coding at all) if the sender doesn't have the correct permission.
