    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.I just have it set up normally

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Normal players are supposed to be able to chat. But nothing shows up when they try, only OP's can. I have the bchatmanager.global.chat perm in my permissions but it still doesnt work.

    What version of the product are you using?
    2.0

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    There arent any error, just no speech.

    bChatManager doesn't stop people from chatting
