BattleTracker

PvP Death messages

Customizable death messages for PvP deaths. Tracker Messages

Allows use of Herochat channels for messages.

Records

Records stats for PvP and PvE kills

Stats include, wins,losses,ties, streak, maxstreak, ranking, maxranking

Examples:

/pvp
/pvp top [x] : show the top x highest rated players
/pvp vs [x records] : shows the last x records vs another player
/pvp vs [x records]: shows the records between player1 and player2

Leaderboard Signs

You can make leaderboard signs for PvP, PvE, or any other plugin that uses BattleTracker as a backend (like BattleArena). These signs will update every minute.

To make them, you make a sign where the first line is [ database name ] where database name is PvP,PvE, or if you have BattleArena, any of the databases from the configs, like Arena, Spleef.

The second line is what type of data will be shown. Examples: Rating, Wins,Kills,Losses,Deaths, Streak,MaxStreak,KDRatio,WLRatio,MaxRating

Rating

Once that is done, the sign is complete and it will automatically convert signs above or below it into Top Signs, (though it won't convert signs that start with the character '[').

Personal Stats

Clicking on a leaderboard sign will show you your personal stats. A big thanks to MCForger for the code to do this.

Has an api for storing your own stats. Allows you to make top lists, give elo to different events, etc.

Information Collection

To see what statistics this plugin may collect and send out from your server. See Information Collection. This can be disabled in BattlePluginsAPI/config.yml

Updating

This plugin checks for new bukkit release versions which can be disabled in the BattleTracker/config.yml

Tried messing with the heros global in config, but that didnt seem to help any with the Towny conflict.

I won't be adding that feature in because it's kind of besides the point of this plugin, I would make a separate plugin. But I know there are anti combat log plugins out there working for 1.4.5, I've seen them used on several servers. Just don't know the name :(

Dig a bit more and I'm sure you'll find them.

can you add a anti-relog feature? i hate it when they just log out in a fight. I cant find any 1.4.5. antirelog plugin

Can we possibly edit the
<name>[Score] Wins(X),Losses(Y),Streak(Z),MaxStreak(A) W/L(B) message in the config? It really annoys me that there aren't any spaces where they should be :S

On my 2 servers and Dev server - It will not work. PVP or PVE. I am thinking it may be Townychat - that now is the conflict. (used to work fine with the Townychat on the 1.3.2 version)

CONFIRMED Its Townychat. Works without it installed.

I'll find you online today, I'm going to have to give you a special version that has debugging statements so I can find out why you aren't getting messages. I can't make it happen, and have no idea why a fresh start for you isnt working.

Fresh configs - pvp death messages still are not showing for me.

I enabled the normal death messages - and those do not display either for me.

Oh, was it before 2.1.5?

If so I had to change the config fairly drastically. I try to never do this, but in this case it was necessary. I even had to release this warning.

Warning!!!

This version has some major config.yml and messages.yml changes!!

You should delete these files and start afresh (or just move them away from the folder as backups).

Anyway, could you save then delete your old config and do a restart. I bet this will fix the issue. Like I said, I hate doing drastic config changes like this, but there was no way around it here.

CB 2482 snapshot - no messages being broadcasted.

(and sorry I meant latest update as in BTs latest update - I was using a much older version)

latest update - the death messages are not being broadcast anymore.

Worked great before! I do not use hero chat - I have townychat. No problems before update.
