Minigames Framework, PvP, and Solo combat with limitless customization
NOTICE
For updated files, please use the BattleArena2 page. It has all of our updated files, and many of the issues that exist in the latest version here have been fixed through updates.
Default Competitions (all changeable)
- Arena: Fight with what is given to you in the config. You can't bring items in or out
- Skirmish: Bring in what you want to fight with, you take out whatever you pick up
- Battlegrounds: Winner is the highest kills after 1 minute. 4 teams may compete
- Colosseum: 4 teams against each other, last man standing wins
- FFA: last player/team left standing wins
- deathmatch: 2 minute event where if you die you respawn. Highest kills wins
Tournaments
- tourney: Pick a match type and do a single elimination tournament of that type.

- Give players "classes"

- Store/restore items/experience/gamemode, or not (if you want them to bring their own gear)

Updating
This plugin checks for new bukkit release versions which can be disabled in the BattleArena/config.yml

thanks, I'll have to change the default config.yml. The config.yml has an old value.
Change places where you see
victoryCondition: time to victoryCondition: highestKills
But the plugin should still be just fine, the /colliseum, /deathmatch,/battleground, just won't work.
I'll also get rid of some of the warning for things that shouldn't be warning.

Announcements can be configured in the config.yml and messages.yml.
Anything after that is a bit trickier.

Posted Aug 12, 2012I haven't tried out this Plugin yet, but does it announce things like "[1vs1|] 1vs1 Battle has started between <player1> and <player2>!"
If not, could you make the colors and text configurable?

ok so on the tutorial this example doesnt work \create myArena 1+ 2+ but [/arena create] seems to give me some kind of text. i cant move any further on your tutorial ._.
when i try i get [arguments] notification, my set up was /create arena bridge 1+ 2+
