Version 3.9.7.7: New Features:

• Added basic functions for watching. /<game> watch <arena> or /<game> watch <player>
• Added support for respawning inside of waitroom. /<game> setOption onDeath teleportWaitroom
• Separated game stages and transitions
• API changes for MatchResult
• Added ability to change teleportTo via command line

Fixes:

• Fixes for wolf and other tameable creature spawning not attacking targets

Version 3.9.7.6: New Features:

• Messages for changing certain params
• Conversion to UUIDs for upcoming bukkit change (this is not a complete fix but the underlying structure to support it) Fixes:
• Fix for going to correct waitroom spawn points for teams

Inventory saving is still around but I have mostly converted to the new UUID system, so inventories before this will not be compatible.
