Table of Contents

This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of Minecraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

What is it for?

This plugin disables many uses of Exp Bottles and the use of Enchantment Tables based on how you configure the plugin. It will block either creative mode, survival mode, or both. This is useful if players are abusing Creative by enchanting a bunch of items for use in Survival mode. It also blocks actions such as throwing, dropping, and picking up Exp Bottles, plus monster exp drops and friendly exp drops and more.

What are the Features?

Disables the use of Enchantment Tables.
Stops Exp gain.
Disables the ability to add Exp Bottles to:
- Dispensers
- Chests
- Workbenches
- Inventory Crafting
- Furnaces
- Chest Carts
- Brewing Stands
- Enchanting Tables
- Ender Chests
Disables the ability to throw Exp Bottles
Disables the ability to drop Exp Bottles
Disables the ability to pick up Exp Bottles
Stop ore exp drops
Stop furnace exp drops
Stop monster exp drops
Stop friendly exp drops
Stop enchanted item drops
Stop enchanted armor drops
Permissions
Should the player bypass the Enchantment Table block, it also blocks placing items in the table or enchanting them. :)
Completely configurable per action.

Hello, please can you add disabling XP from fishing and breeding? Players are bypassing that!

@ArtinM You're just asking for trouble allowing creative mode anywhere within a survival environment.. if you find a way to block enchanting tables and xp bottles in CM, they'll just spawn themselves 100000 iron-ore blocks and smelt them and get a ton of XP that way.

Is it possible to disable the use of enchantment tables when ion creative mode ? or possibly to remove the unlimited xp in creative mode ?

This plugin seems to be working in 1.4.2 but I'd like to see an update. Having some problems with the permissions however, I set BanXP.* to bypass the blocks and I'm just not getting any XP myself.

hey just an question, I want to allow usage of enchantment tables in Void, but blocking it in Creative. Thus this plugin isnt multiworld right?

For now, its blocked in all creative worlds, I have 3, but I want to allow it in Void only, its in creative mode.

Can you seperate
Stop enchanted item drops (configurable)
Stop enchanted armor drops (configurable)
from this plugin, to a seperate plugin so its light weight

Hi Dev. I hope you had a good birthday!

I have the following problem:

ore-exp-drop: redstone: drop: false amount: [0,2]

When I set it like that it dosen't work - the users still get xp from mining redstone. You can see my settings here: http://pastebin.com/3jDyc3m8 The "drop: false" works on all the other types of ores, but NOT on redstone.

I hope you can help - I think that maybe it's something with the build? I would love to continue to use this awesome plugin.

hey @Pew446 im looking for a plugin that just stop all diamond enchanted items from being dropped if the player has the perm node so when my VIP's /enchant stuff they cant give it to other players do you think u can do that? or add that?

This plugin doesn't seem to block throwing exp bottles if they are put directly into the active item slot. Not sure if this is caused by a conflicting plugin or what is happening.

I'm not sure, it's showing up in my log files when I review them. I'm still getting it iwth BanXP V2.1 on CB1.3.1-R2.0. Assuming its a player created error when they interact with a certain piece of inventory in some manner. My config settings have everything set to false/both to completely remove all XP.
