Changes:

• Added disable and enable Wings event to the Api
• Entities lose now their wings on chunkunload

Bugs/Issues:

• Fixed Version 1.2 crashed on all 1.8.0 servers because of a Bukkit Event what was added in 1.8.3

• Made wings more fancy. They fly now closer by the player
• Wings show damage animation.
• Added a new method to the api
• Api event gets only triggered when the wings move
