Changes in this update

• Read from MCBans local backup file.
  • Need to enable this from the config.yml. Just set mcbans: true
• Ability to search banned players using a partial name
  • Simply use /bp <name>
  • This will search against the list for any player names that contain whatever you gave it.
  • The search list can be paged through like normal.
  • To stop viewing the search result list, use /bp stop
