fixed a very critical bug that prevented players from using banker menu and also allowed them to take items from it,
added a simple log - in console you can see what your players are doing with their money, thanks for the idea AlemPROO!,
added NPCs, but you still can't place or use them ( they are too buggy, I need to fix them )
