- Fixed the Enchantment-Bug (Your current XP weren't changed when using them... THANKS BUKKIT)
- Added the option to notify all Users when they got interests.
- Added config option to turn "notify" on and off (for XP/Money)

They message for the interests-notify is currently hard coded! Gonna change this as soon as possible!
Players are gonna be able to turn notifying on and off by and for themselves soon.
