- Fixed a permissions error, which occurred when trying to remove a sign without bankcraft.admin
- Added ScrollingSigns-BETA (Only with amounts of 100,1000,10000,100000,1000000 at the moment! Config coming soon!)
- Added 2 new Configs (debitsignscroll and depositsignscroll)
- Changed the Interact with the BANK-Signs to Left click
- Changed the way banks.db is stored!!
**Please remove banks.db when updating**

Players in Creativemode who have bankcraft.admin cant use the signs (They just destroy it).
The block BEHIND the sign isnt protected at the moment.
Expect a fix soon!
