    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Build & Rent Region to another player
    2.Try to break block or build in region
    3.Watch block get broken or built.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Since 1.4.7 got released, this plugin doesnt work all the time.  Some of my regions are protected properly, but most aren't and it seems to be pretty random.

    What version of the product are you using?
    5.1.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Server log doesnt show any errors
