Plugin

• Fixed hard coded "Now" text, now correctly picks it up from the config.
• Fixed banned by operator message whilst in offline mode (i.e. bungeecord servers).
• Fixed scheduler error.
• Added UTF-8 support. You'll still need to set the tables and columns to utf8_general_ci yourself.
• Fixed /banip not checking to see if the ip was already banned before banning.
• Added /tempbanip command.

Web Front End

• Added ip ban record removal.
• Added ability to re-order servers in admin panel (settings.php must be writeable for this to work).
• Added sorting and JavaScript based pagination to searches.

Update Instructions: Overwrite all files except your settings.php.
