Plugin

• Replaced /baninfo with /bminfo which now includes mutes.
• Fixed temporary mutes not displaying expire time.
• Added bukkit-ban option. Set to false to not store bans within banned-players.txt and banned-ips.txt. Please note that disabling this option will mean if the database connection fails, banned players will be able to join the server.
• Added basic API
• Added permission to notify of a database query error, bm.sqlnotify. Should only be used for Owners, the errors are outputted to the console still.
• Logging queries now use a new asyncQuery method, should reduce any reports of lag spikes when banning a player.
