    Is there a way to change zombies to npc with skins?
    If there was a way zombies could look like http://i.imgur.com/IR4npOw.png
    Everyone could add usernames to the config file that have zombie look-alike skins and they're npc would be used as zombies in game

    This if I am aware is not possible without a client side patch, or unless the user whose skin would be applied to the zombie, already looked like a zombie before.

    http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/disguisecraft/ is changing player skins using ProtocolLib, can't it be used to disguise mobs?

    You want a certain players skin 'Zombified'? So they look like their skin, but they also look like a zombie? That's not possible.
