GUILDS
Guilds is a fully customisable RPG plugin that allows you to create Guilds with distinct advantages and disadvantages over other players and Guilds. You can increase or decrease attack and damage or even enable special abilities. Suitable and customisable for multi world servers.
Guild Configuration
Each guild is fully customisable and allows for millions of different variations. There are 57 Proficiency Types, Item Restrictions/Limitations, Active Worlds, Active Biomes and Home Bases. A player can only be in one Guild at any one time.

Settings

Donations
The best way to continue development. If I receive enough donations I will open a testing server for the public to help weed out more bugs and allow people to get there ideas across to me in the chat.
Can you make a guild default so everyone joins? i got the chat finally looking good, but anyone not in a guild has a Null before and after their name, i can't seem to remove, if i could set one of the guilds as an automatic guild that new players join this would solve all my problems. Also the command /guilds add (playername) (Guild) is not right, in the help it says it that way but to get it to work you have to use /guilds add (guild) (playername), you should change the help text or switch the command around, which is what I think you should do because putting the name and then the guild seems to make more sense logically. Oh, one more thing. I tried to remove the test guild with the remove command, and by erasing it from the config, and by changing it''s name. How do you get rid of it, seriously?
Okay, uh here are my two cents.
Add a perm for Guilds List and etc, add a config option for the prefix of the plugin, and add a perm for /gc.
Hey man, this plugin is not working for me....
When i try /setbase i just get "/setbase" messaged to me! Same for /base,
And
If i try the /gc message it gives a Error, NullPointer:

That's not what we said. We said to have a jobs board for people not good with commands.
i'm fed up with signs. supporting signs is one thing, but forcing players to read and use signs is not an option. players are lazy, they want to login, dig a hole and find diamonds, not read 300 signs.

Sign support it easy...You can do it with pretty much any plugin now. I made World Guard region buy able with this. Made the whole Jobs plugin compatible with signs. And use it for pretty much every warp on my server using this. The possibilities are endless...I should also mention it has block and redstone support..... http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/serversigns/

like the idea of sign add ill look into this...
same with perms for chat...
thinking of using xp as a currency to run and manage guilds but this is just an earli idea...
not fond of dependancies like vault etc so I will nede to think about that one

Once a player joins a "guild/group" he is not able to leave it? - Needs added

/gc message has no perm? Some of us dont want this chat permission?
guild upkeep - guild spawn points for guild halls - just suggestions.

I will be releasing the source once I believe I am finished with the plugin. In the process of rewriting the whole code out again and optimising it.
Just had another idea for a suggestion: setting the race's health.
And any chance you'll ever release the source?
(tl;dr version: "flinching" increases starvation rate. If you take damage, you flinch. Things where no damage should be taken, in certain instances, shouldn't cause a flinch. Swimming in lava, or starvation, for example.)

For reference, I call it "flinching" when the action of taking damage occurs, but no actual damage is recorded.
Fuzyfeet is right in the case where you would normally take damage, you'd flinch. This affects all damage except falling damage. Fire/lava, projectile, melee, drowning, suffocation, and starvation, to name a few. I can understand certain times you'd want to flinch, such as you get hit with an arrow, or you get punched. Sure, no damage, but you'd still flinch.
But, what if you take no damage from starvation? That would get annoying? What if you want to take a lava bath? What if you go on a massive underwater expedition?
I noticed that constant flinching drastically increases the rate at which the hunger bar is depleted. In my case, the House I head is immune to fire/lava. We still flinch from the burn. We can swim up lavafalls, but we constantly flinch from it. I was starved out in less than a minute from just standing in lava.
Something to look into?
Further note: When installed, the original config file's first "guild" entry cannot be edited or deleted, else the plugin would rewrite the config file thus deleting all other entries. Is this intended behavior, or is this a known bug?
need new permissions feature. So if player have -guilds.join.vip permission,he can join in vips guild.if player have -guilds.join.supervip permission,he can join in supervips guild.btw nice plugin

If I'm not mistaken, the options your looking for are 'attack' and 'archer'. They are the damage the player does via melee and bow, while 'player' and 'mob' (& 'projectile') are damage take from those types.
Can you add an option to remove the chat formatting and all?
Any chance to set up varibles for how much damage you do to other players/mobs rather than just how much you take?
Otherwise, this plugin seems amazing :)

it depends on the amount of damage it does not round 50 to 0 straight away... if damage is 10 (5 hearts) then it will reduce to 5 dmg 2.5 hearts... i will add a minimum damage of half a heart unless value damage = 0 specifically.
