Version 1.4 Permissions Support By default all players have access to AutoItemBarReload, if you do not want to limit access to the plugin, you don't have to do anything extra!

If you do not want players to be able to utilize AutoItemBarReload, then give them the permission: 'autoitembarreload.disallow'
