Updated to be compatible with Spigot/Bukkit 1.11 or 1.10.

Also added the permission:

autofly.use - The plugin will check if the player has this upon joining, and if they do, it will give them flight.

default: op (Only ops can use this by default, so make sure you give players the permission to use this if you want them to be able to)
