    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Try to access help
    2.Get help
    3.Notice that not all of the commands are listed

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    See ALL commands when using /announcer help but I only see a few

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.7-03.23

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    Provided in the screen shot.
