What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use the default settings.yml file
2. Type /announcer on or /announcer off or /announcer restart and you're not able to get autoannouncer to start again
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
If I type /announcer off I get: No schedule running!
If I type /announcer on I get: Scheduling failed!  There are no announcements to do.
If I type /announcer restart I get: No schedule running!

What version of the product are you using?
1.7-03.23

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no errors

Please provide any additional information below.
Works fine if I restart the server.  Stops working when I type one of the above commands.  I would like to be able to update and reload the settings.yml file without restarting the server.
