No Messages when No players online. #13

    My idea is that when ever there are no players online or when there a players with a permissions node for example (announcer.bypass) The messages doesn't get sent so that it doesn't clog up the command prompt with useless messages. Instead it just pauses the time when the last person logs off and then when someone logs back in it resumes the time, That way it no longer would fill the Logs with the messages if there is no-one online.

    I agree, my log gets super spammed and it is annoying.

    Same, I also agree, if the creator doesn't implement this, I'll modify he's source.
