What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

If one gets kicked because the server sais it restarts now, no one knows exactly when the server is up again and one can log in. If the server provides the information how long its going to need to do his business the player will be more likely to wait some minutes.

Please provide any additional information below.

Setting to toggle the feature on/off.

I feel changing the kick message in the config to "Server Restarting-Please try connecting again in 1 minute" Most servers will only take about a minute to restart if yours takes longer try saying "1 minute and 30 seconds" or "2 minutes"

This is just an idea of mine. I'd like to know if this could be useful or if it would be used at all by serveradmins. I dont know yet if I should put some effort in this, so please tell me what you think of it! :)

I guess this can be implemented, but I dont know how you would be able to collect data on how long it will take to restart while shuting down. I find that this feature might be nice but I do not know how it would work for sure...
