    I can't use the commands, and I didn't get a configuration file, or the folder for the plugin. But it still restarts the server when I shut off the server.

    This sounds like you removed the Autoshutown.jar from your plugins folder but still have your server run script modified to start the server once its offline.

    If this is not the case, I'd really appreciate more information on this!
