What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login with a existing Name on the server, but switch a uppercase letter in name to lowercase. Like: DogmaGriever is original, you can login with dogmaGriever to the DogmaGriever-Account.

I think, its impossible to fix it with config.yml

the Exact problem:
If a user login with a lowercase-name from a uppercase-user (real account: DogmaGriever, user can login with dogmagriever to exactly THIS real account), they can create a new password with /register without knowing the original password for "DogmaGriever".
