Bug Fixes.

Important bug fix (bug only in 0.2.6) where tmp files would build but not be destroyed (or rechecked for data).
Fixed shutdown notifications to actually report the notification before the server shut down.
Code Formatting Fixes

It is highly recommended you update from version 0.2.6.  

Note: abm.conf includes a new entry for shutdown notifications.
