Bukkit

• Allowing colors for config messages (though the ' ' are required and place colors inside it, otherwise the message messes up a bit).
• Donator ads removed in config option (default off), as I understand not many server owners enjoy seeing other server IPs being advertised.
• Config edited a bit (a bit cleaner)

NOTE: please delete old config file so new one can install
