    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. open up your inventory
    2. close your inventory
    3. armorhud will disappear for a second

    What version of ArmorHUD are you using?
    v1.7.2

    What are your config settings?

    What server software (Bukkit/Spigot/MCPC/etc.) and what version are you using?
    Spigot #1081

    Please provide any additional information below.
    Similar issue to armorhud with lava in a spigot server.

    Spigot (netty) issue. Have looked into this before and I cant think of a fix from my end.

    This is also the same thing with being hurt by something like a cactus or lava.
