Added language support. There aren't any language files other than English yet but you can add your own. If you wish to stick with English, you can safely not bother updating.

• To create your own language file:
• Go to the plugins/ArmorStandEditor/lang/ folder
• Copy the contents of en_US.yml and paste it in your own .yml
• Translate that new file and save it into the same folder as yourLanguage.yml
• Open config.yml in the plugins/ArmorStandEditor/ folder
• Add a new value "lang" or if you are unsure, run the plugin once to cause it to generate.
• Change the value of "lang" to yourLanguage.yml
• Save it and start the server

If you want to contribute to the project by submitting a translated language file, I will include it in the plugin and be very grateful.
