ArenaParkour
Parkour with Check Points
A Parkour system that allows you to create Parkour arenas where you can specify checkpoints and victory locations. Configurable so that players can join solo or against each other.
Prizes can be handed out to the winner and many other configurable options.
Setup
- When making an arena make sure to have at least one checkpoint and one victory point. You can have as many victory points and checkpoints as you like!
- To make a checkpoint you need to use your WorldEdit wand to select a region, then type the commands below in the Commands Section.
Let everyone play solo
- Copy this ParkourConfig.yml and paste into your ArenaParkour/ParkourConfig.yml
- Afterwards just do /pk reload
Requirements
- WorldEdit (Just for the selecting of regions)
- BattleArena
Permissions
- arena.join.pk - Allows a player to join a Parkour Arena
- arena.leave - Allows the player to leave the arena
Information
- Player's are teleported to the last checkpoint by doing /pk last or when their health reaches below zero.
Commands
Use your WorldEdit wand to select a region for the commands that need regions.
- /pk acp <checkpointnumber> - Adds a checkpoint with the number you provided an example is like if you already have a checkpoint 1 then you would do /pk acp 2
- /pk avp <victorypointnumber> - Adds the game victory point. When any of these victory checkpoints are reached they well finish the game depending on options in BattleArena.
- /pk ccp - Clears all checkpoints in the arena
- /pk cvp - Clears all victorypoints in the arena
- /pk last - Teleports you to your last checkpoint
- /pk last <checkpoint> - Teleports you to this checkpoint

Posted May 19, 2015I added compatible arenaparkour to the server and used the config it said to use for solo runs.
I made a solo world within the games server A void world, made a small box of quartz with a fire floor incase people fall, since there are no respawns if you fall below 2-3 blocks from where u should land, and only respawn on death. I done the command /parkour create Jump! then set my checkpoint with /pk acp 2 somewhere on a diff block and /pk avp(victory) 1 on a block about...10 blocks away from the starting point. On join it starts a timer as if to have it compete against others while a stand alone was ment to happen you just join and run for yourself, not to compete. On the use of /pk join Jump! i already won as its checking for multiple players it seems and if 1 is left its done for...
I didnt change the config in any way except for:
Let everyone play solo Copy this ParkourConfig.yml and paste into your ArenaParkour/ParkourConfig.yml Afterwards just do /pk reload

So to reproduce: Make a void world with mutliverse Create a box of...24x26 and 11 in heigth Type in /pk acp Jump! 2 where the gold pressure plate is Then /pk avp Jump! 1 to the blocks 2nd block away from the creeper

Added in is a picture of the inside. on the 2x2 you spawn, the golden pressure plate is a checkpoint and the block on the far right (2nd block to the right of the creeper) is the victory block.
This incase you wanna remake this entire arena to really reproduce

Posted Jul 13, 2014I followed the video and everything works great except for 1 problem. I made the checkpoints 3x3 and set them up. When someone dies and respawns they respawn next to the platform and fall and die :(

Posted Jul 10, 2014Hey there we have an issue with the plugin. We setup the arena, we set the check points and a victory point. We can then enter the arena, but we cannot trigger the checkpoints or victory point and the arena eventually ends in a draw. Other times I have seen it so you get the first checkpoint and then the game ends in a draw....
There are no errors or warnings in our logs. We do have scoreboards disabled because of the spigot scoreboard issue with BA, idk if this could be causing the issue...we have all the up to date versions of spigot, battle arena and arena parkour.
Plugins we are running: World Guard, World Border, World Edit, Async World Edit, Vault, Essentials, GM, Ex Log, Community Piston, NoCheatPlus, votifier, GAlistener, votenow, Combat Tracker, xTeam, Battle Arena, and AP.
Any help or ideas to fix our problem would be appreciated thanks!

i think we should change victory Condition to the first player reach the victory point, then the game ends :)

Before i put in the solo config the plugin was working fine, after i put it in it always says "The arena [arenaname] is already in use". What do I do so I can fix this problem?

Posted Jun 29, 2014I have setup parkour like this: I make a cylinder of 5 by 5, and I made parkour jumps through it. I set the spawnpoint to the very bottom, and put checkpoints randomly on jumps. On the end, I make a spot and make it the victorything. When I start the game, I have 20 colors (randomly made them), and when it says, I have alive time: 5, and then I instantly win.

I had this problem too, but I found out what it was, it is indeed BattleArena, here's how you fix it: Go into the BattleArena folder and open config.yml. Then, at line 87 is this: matchForceStartTime: 60 change it to: matchForceStartTime: 0 and it auto starts(in 6 seconds :P)

I have noticed this as well and I have been talking with alkarinv about it. However, it doesn't just happen with the arena parkour plugin, it is the battlearena plugin for me. Do you run Spigot? And do you have scoreboard issues? Where the scoreboard does not reset? Because this is the issue that alk and I have been facing. Do you have any more info as to how or why you get these spikes?
