AppleTree
AppleTree v0.9
the first apple tree plugin
AppleTree is a very simple plugin that was designed with the sole idea of turning trees into apple trees.
Currently supports dropping apples, golden apples, cocoa beans, and leaves.
All drop percentages and other customizations can be changed in the AppleTree properties file.
Properties Guide
- disabledWorlds - (comma-delimited string) what worlds this plugin should ignore
- CanDropDecay - (true/false) Whether or not apples drop on decaying leaves.
- GAChance - (number between 0 and 1) The chance of a golden apple drop. 5% = 0.05
- CanDropGold - (true/false) If golden apples can drop.
- AChance - (number between 0 and 1) The chance of an apple drop. 5% = 0.05
- CanDropCocoa - (true/false) if cocoa beans can drop
- CBChance - chance of cocoa beans
All percentage settings also have a "Decay" counterpart,
which allows for different probabilities for break vs decay
AppleTree was originally written by ngc0202 and both him and jascotty2 has been updating it to the latest recommended builds.
Together we're trying to keep this plugin continually active, up to date, and bug free.
Please, if have time, update to cb 1.1 R6 or for cb 1.2.3
@tappestry
Ok thanks any one gonan udate
does not work well with 1.2 bukkit dev build winter4w
Does it go with 1.2
hmm just noticed, players without permissions to build. Can't break leave but still get the leaves that drop from this plugin.
@nebenezer I'm currently considering about doing that in a separate plugin. If I do, I'll PM the link to you, thanks for the idea!
Awesome! I just installed this, looks very promising :)
I have a question... please don't get mad. I know how rude it is to ask someone to make their plugin do something it was not designed to do but I think this would be a great compliment to the current functionality and would make sense for one plugin to do this as well.
There currently is no (at least that I can find) plugin that fells trees the way ChopTree did, without filling your console with severe warnings :/
Cactus like behavior is much better than floating tree bits but ChopTree could tell what was a tree and what was a structure made of logs and when you broke a log all the logs above it, even branches of BIG trees, would fall one block. It was awesome and I am so sad that floating tree bits have become a reality again :(
LOL! Melodramatic eh? Seriously though, lso_1 recently posted his source code *winkwink*
One day. One day I will be able to take source code from a deprecated plugin and update it to the new good shiz. One day :P
@HugoNoob, In progress.
Update?
working good here too. except my install reports it as appletree v0.6 while your download says 0.7?
Working for me so far. I can see come problems with lag if you decided to use AppleTree & Timber at the same time. Nothing conflicting, just too many items being spawned. Suggest NoLagg if possible.
Anybody test on MC 1.0 yet? Would love to use this on mys erver :)
Thank You
