AntiCheat v1.5.9 is a bugfix and improvements build.

• Fixed a bug where EntityDamageByEntityEvent errors could be spammed
• Fixed a bug where NPCs would cause AntiCheat errors
• Fixed a bug where moving on soulsand would cause false-positives under the influence of a speed potion
• Fixed a bug where using new inventory controls would cause false-positives
• Fixed a bug where using stairs would occasionally cause false-positives
• Fixed a bug where swimming would occasionally cause climb false-positives
• FIxed a bug where the chat spam warning would be sent to console instead of players
• Fixed a bug where fast inventory failures would cause strange item manipulation

• Added CheckFail event for developers wishing to hook AntiCheat

• Cleaned up debug reports which now list magic.yml diffs
