AntiCheat v1.3.8-U2 is a bugfix and new features build

Fixes:

• Fixed false-positives while using mcMMO greenthumb
• Fixed false-positives in the forcefield check when hitting an enderman and some other entities
• Fixed chat kick level not rising

Additions:

• Added configuration option to exempt players in creative mode from xray tracking
• Added blocking of players shooting themselves with arrows in order to flyhack

Also remember that this includes all of 1.3.7's changes as well; it's simply a post-update bugfix.
