PlaceHolders!

Fixed placeholders showing 0, I changed some stuff but forgot to change some other stuff with it .-.
Added 2 new placeholders! :
%check-online/<ip>:<port>:<online message>:<offline message>% puts <online message> when the target server is online, and puts <offline message> when the server is offline (both colorable with &).
%ping-motd/<ip>:<port>% gets the motd of a target server I added a developer API in 2.0.0, but still need to document it. It has support for making custom placeholders, menus etc.
