What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to set any /ad or /alwaysday command from inside minecraft

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect when I do /ad day world for it to become always day, except it says "You do not have the required permissions". I am an OP on the server and tried doing it in the actual console. Still not working. It worked before however it just stopped taking my commands randomly.

Do you have an error log of what happened?
Nope except "you do not have the required permissions"

I am running the latest version of CraftBukkit and your plugin. I am definitely an OP.
