Now updated to allow the server to stay in the day or night.

New commands:

• /alwaysday - This toggles between on/off
• /alwaysday state - This tells the player what the current setting is (day/night) and also if the plugin is running
• /day - sets the server to keep it day
• /night - sets the server to keep it night

Has not been tested with 1.4.5 however it should work with it.
