Ailments

Description:
This plugin adds different ailments and diseases to Minecraft to make it a bit more challenging.

The ailments:

Salmonella - Eating raw food has a 10% chance of giving you salmonella! This slows you down and drops your hunger bar down by 4 units.
Influenza (Not implemented yet) - A nasty disease spread by the bite of a silverfish! It poisons, weakens, and slows you.
Heat stroke - Standing out in the hot desert without any shade or water can really get to you! This makes you severely need food and weakens you.
Starvation - No longer will you get away without eating! When you starve, you become slow, confused, and break blocks slower.
Black lung - Mining all that coal can really get to your lungs. This causes you to grow weak and develop miner's fatigue.
Broken arms - Punching trees all day doesn't always work out well. The pain of a broken arm can slow you down. And don't you even think about trying to punch more blocks until your arm heals.
Broken legs - Falling from high up can snap your legs, so be careful! Broken legs slow you considerably, and make it impossible to sprint.

Oh yeah permissions for immunity to certain things would be awesome :) And more RP. Ex: Having a race that doesn't suffer from heat strokes lol Or a dwarf who doesnt get affected by mining coal

This REALLY needs config.yml file. Brodyriemann and I run a server and people are constantly complaining about the chances of broken arms are too high, and other complaints. Please add a config soon so we can meet our players needs.

Hello again,
Thanks for adding my previous suggestions
I really love this plugin and these are bit more suggestions (not forcing ya'know :P)

Multi-world Support

permissions to bypass "ail.bypass.brokenlegs" "ail.bypass.*" etc

cures for all diseases (or configurable)
like if you eat a goldenapple Salmonella is cured ( i dont really know what this is)
Influenza - (its not implemented but cure is cure :P) Drinking Milk,
Heat stroke - drinking water
Starvation - Eating food ( i think this is already there but havent really tried it out)
Black Lung - staying above cord y 64 for 30 secs (normally the last layer of dirt)
Broken bones (arms/legs) - using bandage (configurable) default item - paper

i really wanna use this on my server since i might implement HungerGames soon and these will be awesome

When I use this plugin with my server, it doesn't generate a folder with the config in the server folder. Is this supposed to happen, or what am I doing wrong?

The only thing I could think of would be any plugins that mess with the PlayerMoveEvent or BlockBreakEvent (if you know what I mean)

I uploaded this to my server running CB 1.4.7. It shows up green on the plugin list, but nothing is happening when I do any of the activities that are supposed to cause an ailment. Any ideas on where to start troubleshooting this?
