If you're using bungee and you would like to perform the PlayerCommand '/server SERVERNAME' then I'd recommend you to add the following plugin: http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/microjump/ This is a really tiny plugin which makes it possible to use '/server' as a PlayerCommand.
