This is a new Devbuild in a new Version way.

now the first number is called 'Major' the secound number is the 'PreMajor' the third is called 'Minor' the fourth is called 'Build' the the last one after the "x" is the 'Devbuild'

 

Also we won't support Java8 and Minecraft 1.9+ in public ,  but we possibly provide that if someone aks's if we could do that!
