Fixed GUI bugs.
Mining spawners with a Silk Touch pickaxe does not give EXP. Breaking it normally does.
Mining a spawner without a Silk Touch pickaxe will give a warning first before actually breaking the block; break the block again to confirm breaking it. This feature can be disabled in configuration 'settings.noSilkTouchProtect'.
