Advanced Headshots

Advanced Headshots allows the detection of an arrow landing on multiple player body areas. This plugin goes beyond detecting a headshot—it can detect and respond to shots in the arms, legs, and knees. You can customize the effects of hitting a different area in the configuration file. For example, you might have an arm shot cause a mining fatigue potion, or a leg shot cause slowness effect. Advanced Headshots comes with several of these effects for you to try. In addition, you can customize the message that is displayed. The message that it comes with identifies the player that shot and the player that was shot, and where. You can also adjust the damage multiplier of each type of shot. You might have a headshot do twice as much damage - your choice. With Advanced Headshots, it's all about customization.

You should definitely make the arrow do more damage based on distance (Ticks) For the amount that's its in the air. Example: If you get a headshot by shooting an arrow more than 50 blocks it should kill them. Just my suggestion!!

There is a new version of Advanced Headshot available(1.2). Waiting for it to be approved.

You can now enable/disable headshot places. And choose what projectiles can been used to headshot.

Ok thanks. I use PvPGuns plugin and now hoes could fire snowballs. Maybe you could add support for snow balls or for the plugin?

There is no way, I have the plugin executing the commands as the console so it's like doing "/msg %TARGET% got shot in da head" from the console, the receiver will get "[Console -> me] <player> got shot in da head". If that makes sense.

How could i remove "Console" from messages i set "say" to "msg" now only me and the target see it but the console at the start of the message still there.

Maybe, but mobs come in all shapes and sizes so it would be a pain. Like creepers don't have arms, spiders are just messed up, etc.
