Improvements:

• The ObfuscateNotReceived and ObfuscateProgressiveAchievements options now also cope with unusual characters, for instance the Cyrillic alphabet.
• The JSON created by /aach generate is now cleanly formatted, which allows you to easily edit it if need be.

Fixes:

• Advancement generation via /aach generate now works on Minecraft 1.13.
• Code refactoring and various other fixes to the /aach generate command.
