Added / changed the following things

• + Added new placeholders to support full name or display name usage for player and auth.
• ~ Modified the lookup functions to work properly.
• ~ Fixed many formatting issues
• ~ Changed some messages that displayed the wrong information
• ~ Updated the in-game help menu to reflect the new commands for 2.0 and 2.1

Added / changed the following things

• + Optional freeze effect
• + 100% customizable interfaces and action messages
• + Optional join and leave messages
• + Added in-game commands to manage and list join and quit messages
• ~ Modified internal register list, all players must re-log to look up their warnings again
• ~ Support to look a player up with just parts of their name
• ~ Cleaned up code in the main class and made it more efficient
• - Removed join message for myself
• - Removed temp. mysql code, I'm not going to be using it for awhile, if ever.
