- Updated for 1.5.1-R0.2

- Completely changed code. Rewritten it from scratch and made it look neater. Now I can finally work on this project more!

- Added a "fakequit" custom message in the config.

- New command "zap" that strikes lightning at the target!

- New command "rocket" that shoots a target up in the sky!

- Removed ALL bugs thanks to the new code I made =)

- Fixed silent option for XPParty and Drop party!
