You should delete the the admincanbroadcast folder the plugin have a new name

Shortcuts:
%world% = World that you are in (You = The one who did /broadcast)
%motd% = Show the motd
%ip% = Show the server ip
%servername% = Show the serveres name
%version% = Show the bukkit version
%sender% = Show your name (Your = The one who did /broadcast)

%sender% and %world% does not work from msg.txt

You can define a message in config under shortcut the message and the trigger is separated by | and the trigger should not be %trigger%, % is automatically added.

Next update you can do an in-game command to add a shortcut.
