If you have a plugin that has a tempban function, you can add add something like this to the config:
commands-run:
- 'tempban %player 7d TempBanned by CONSOLE for using auto soup hacks!'

You can change how sensitive it is in the config with the "check-time" value. Also if you don't want players to get automatically banned you can set "maximum-allowed-violation-level" to 0. If you do, no commands will be run.
I have tested this with a hacked client called Huzuni, it detected it without a problem. I have also tested it without it and it didn't throw a single warning.
You can check it out by yourself, as it seems you are a good pvp'er :P (MineHQ Network)
