This Plugin Basically will notify a player if they are lagging

i know many people get anoyed if a player is spamming 'LAGG' in chat, so i made this plugin so that players wont need to. it is a simple command but usefull to stop spamming on a server!

Command: /test It Will Reply 'Test Received' if it is lagg

That doesn't define if you're lagging at all. It just returns a simple message. Neither does it check the connectivity between the server and the player.
